Just one year after the opening B+B Belgravia, the contemporarily designed 17 bedroom townhouse B&B in Ebury Street, has won a top award – the Best B & B in London. Receiving Gold at the Eurostar Visit London Awards, held at Old Billingsgate Market last night (Tuesday 29th November) this award “recognises excellence in our world class city” according to the organiser’s.
B+B Belgravia was short-listed under the category of best B&B in London which was one of 16 awards on the night. The independent judging panel heaped praise on the owners, Penny Brown, Lynne Reid and Colette Huck who collected the accolade on behalf of their team.
“This is a wonderful honour and a great reward for all the hard work in making our dreams a reality. We believed from the outset that there is a strong demand for contemporary and stylish accommodation – we see it everywhere in the great cities of the world. However, the big difference with B+B Belgravia is that we have provided this quality at real value for money. We have proven that we can break the mould and intend to develop this brand into the B+B Collection. A second property in London is already on the cards and then our strategy will be to enter key locations in the UK and overseas in the next few years”.
